Grass Fed Beef Angus
We have our herd of Angus cattle.
We are out of beef for 2012.
Our cattle are raised on our pastures. Since they are grass fed they have more good fats (omega 3s) and less bad fats as well as being higher in antioxidents. Also there are no added hormones nor antibiotics.
USDA certified processor and vacuum packed.
Final packages are usually about 40% ground beef, 25% steaks (this is your t-bones, sirloins, rib eye) and 35% roasts.
