Grass Fed Beef Angus

We are sold out for 2010- all of our beef has been reserved. We are taking reservations for our 2011 grass fed Angus beef orders. Call 952-985-7577 or email us to reserve. A non-refundable deposit of 100 dollars is required to reserve your beef and is applied to the final price.

We have our herd of grass fed Angus cattle.

Our cattle are raised on our pastures. Since they are grass fed they have more good fats (omega 3s) and less bad fats as well as being higher in antioxidents. Also there are no added hormones nor antibiotics.

Our cows are strictly grass fed, producing a much healthier meat.

USDA certified processor and vacuum packed.

Highview Beef Box is $195 Approximately 35 pounds freezer ready grass fed Angus Beef. Cuts are as follows:

2 New York strip steaks
2 rib eye steaks
2 boneless sirloins
15 pounds ground beef
3 pounds ground beef patties
3 beef roasts
2 pounds stir fry
2 pounds kabob

For Quarter Angus is $485 Approximately 90 pounds
freezer ready grass fed Angus beef.

For Half Angus is $925 Approximately 180
pounds freezer ready grass fed Angus

Final packages are usually about 40% ground beef, 25% steaks (this is your t-bones, sirloins, rib eye) and 35% roasts. If buying a whole or half you can request custom processing to your specifications.
